FT-1 is an air-to-ground precision guided weapon, which is the upgraded version of conventional 500kg aerial bomb. FT-1 adopts INS / GNSS combined guidance technology and can be carried by various platforms to attack fixed targets.

SYSTEM COMPOSITION
FT-1 consists of warhead, fuze and guidance and control cabin. The main electronic devices are inside the guidance and control cabin, including flight controller, inertial measurement unit (IMU), GPS unit, rudder and thermal battery, etc. The warhead and fuze are inherited from the original 500kg bomb.
