The VN3 (or CS/VN3) is a Chinese 4×4 light armored vehicle designed by NORINCO for reconnaissance, security, and rapid deployment. It features an all-welded steel hull providing protection against small arms fire and shell splinters. Developed in 2007, it is highly mobile, with a top speed of 100 km/h, primarily used by the PLA and exported to countries like Belarus.

- Armament: Typically fitted with a roof-mounted 7.62 mm machine gun turret and smoke grenade launchers.
- Mobility: Equipped with a turbo diesel engine (approx. 245 hp), offering a cruising range of 800 km. It uses an independent suspension system.
