OVERVIEW
AR-1 missile is a small laser semi-active guidance air-to-ground anti-tank missile designed with X-X aerodynamic layout. It can be equipped on UAV, helicopter and fixed wing aircraft to perform precision attack on fixed and low-speed moving targets. With the airborne laser irradiation or ground laser designator irradiation, it is suitable for UAVs or helicopters to launch at an altitude of 500–5,000 m. By utilizing unitary penetration blast warhead / unitary fragmentation-blast warhead, the missile is able to strike tanks and concrete fortifications.

SYSTEM COMPOSITION
AR-1 AGM has four design separation surfaces and five cabins, which are respectively the seeker cabin, warhead cabin, electric control cabin, engine cabin (single-chamber single-thrust solid propellant rocket engine) and tail cabin from nose to tail. The missile has four wings and four tails which are arranged on the missile body in “X-X” shape.
